We were wondering if there is any way to see both the ring group name for incoming calls & the caller's ID in call history?
Currently using the Append / Prepend functions do show the ring group name and the caller ID on screen during incoming calls, but in the call history all that shows is the ring group's name.
Using Do not add shows the caller's ID in call history, but removes the function of the ring group name displaying during incoming calls.
Our ideal scenario would be to have both the incoming caller's ID and the ring group name during the incoming call and the call history only show the caller's number.
Below is the call history of a Yealink T74U First 2 calls are with the setting Do not add and the Second 2 with Prepend name.
