Caller ID Not Display Name in Contacts

Hi,

I have tried all the options under Contacts - Options but I'm unable to get a number listed in Contacts list to display a name instead of the number. The number is identical in the contact list as what I am seeing when the call comes in.

Any suggestions appreciated!

i have been searching the same issue, everything i find is talking about the voip supplier sending the name....

i just want the phone to display the contacts name when the number matches the number stored in contacts

Both of you, have you set the matching strategy to something more than 6 digits?

Also, you will need to put the system in verbose and check the 3CXSystemService.log file for errors or infos related to the phonebook.
