caller id not working

I have been trying to make the caller id work but no success. First of all the patern of the country is ETSI. Tha gateway is set to send the caller id (SPA-3102 and a grandstream 4108) but the only information that displays on the phone is the gateway name and the port ID. What i'm doing wrong please help.

Do you have the pstn delay set to more than 3 seconds?

Caller ID works on dtmf, so it needs some time to get through.

Do you mean the answer delay? It is set to 0 but now the id is working, I made some changes on the inbound rule of the pstn, i'm testing and as soon that i'm sure of the total solution i will post it.
