Hi,
I had my second v20 upgrade attempt this week - aborted and rolled-back a previous attempt when the alert-info went missing preventing distinctive ringing from working. Really pleased to find that fixed.
Migrated to v20 and ran tests - all seemed well... until today.
We have a Gigaset N710 installation on-site - and off-site, a couple of employees have N510s - since the V20 upgrade, they are getting the caller number but not the caller name.
These FXSs are either unsupported - or at the least unprovisioned - so I realise not supported as such - but it seems likely that V20 has changed which field in the SIP header is being used for the caller name... I haven't run a SIP trace yet but it seems likely I will (again) have to rollback to V18
Does anyone have any useful suggestions before I do so? Has this feature been raised before?
