Caller Name in Reports

Hi Guys,

i´ve uploaded all of our customer datas into the 3cx company phonebook, so all extensions can see, if this number and customer is already in our database.

Is it possible to let show these customer names in the call reportings, so that i can also not only see the numbers but the names of the called customers?

Contact information is actually shown in 3CX's Call Reports already, however, this will only happen if it is an incoming call. If the call is outgoing towards that number, then the contact name will not be displayed in the Call Report.
