Caller Name on 3CX Assistant

I searched high and low in the forums for an answer to this question, but no luck thus far.

The Caller ID (phone number) appears on our 3CX Assistant screens, but not the "name" of the caller.

It would be great to see the "name" of the caller waiting in a hold queue rather than just their caller ID phone number.

Is this even possible or can only the Caller ID number show in the 3CX Assistant panel?

Hi!
Lets think where 3CX can take caller ID in queue. If this is an external call, 3CX must make query against corporate address book, where you entered this Contact before, and show you the caller name.

Currently 3CX do not support this, as I know.
