Once of the call center users sent this to me:
I was talking to a customer on the phone and had one call holding on SP1 for me. I finished up with the customer that I was talking with and clicked on SP1 to help them and this customer told me that she heard my conversation with my prior phone call before coming to her. She could only hear me and not the person on the other end. She told me my whole conversation !
Has anyone seen this? They are using the windows client with latest updates on everything.
