CallerID in MyPhone

The caller ID (CID) in the MyPhone Call que display as Private Number in MyPhone app. The CID displays on the phone correctly. Please suggest a solution my phone system is v11.

I am betting you don't have any of your users in a user group. If that is the case add all your users to a group or groups and this should be fixed.
