I have read several threads on this subject but none seem to provide a solution.
I am using the 3CX Free version and CallCentic for my trunk. When I forward a call from an incoming lie to an external number, the callerid from callcentric is dislaying with the number only. It's not passing thru the original caller's name or number?
I have already tried to change the From Display: Name (and actually I tried several options all with the same results?) Any guidance here would be helpful.
