I'm getting reports that some users (including our Tier 1 help desk) are occasionally getting the caller ID of the Web Client and the v18 Desktop client to show as "Deprecated". I have been unable to reproduce this myself, and I am waiting on screenshots from our help desk to confirm. Has anyone seen or heard about something like this?
