Whenever I restart or reprovision the 3CX-Android client, the callhistory button is blue, indicating a missed call.
When the button is pressed, the button is not blue anymore, until restart or reprovisioning.

Samsung Galaxy S8
Android 7.0
3CX 15.5.293

BTW: Could you please extend the info page of the app to show operating system and model of the phone.

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. You are using the beta version of Android and I assume that you are also using the latest PBX version 15.5.8801.
However, there are some changes also on the PBX side regarding the whole notification mechanism which are not released yet.

Thank you

My PBX is 15.5.9348.3
In the morning the button was not blue anymore. Also on restarts.
But as soon as I have at least one missed call, the button is getting blue again.
I have now reverted to 15.5.280, but the problem is the same.

I can make the button blue again, just by going to settings -> account -> back -> back.
I think as soon as the list of accounts was shown, there will be a reprovisioning invoked.

Could you please delete all the call history and make just one missed call on your phone
and try again the same scenario i.e. click on the call history button and then re-provision and check if the blue notification is still appears.

I have done this before.
Clearing the history on the client works, as the list is empty afterwards, but the button is still getting blue. Clicking on the button will just present an empty list.

So I have now checked the if the list is empty on the webclient.
The list is empty, but there is a red circle with the number 1 in it. So the PBX is really thinking there is something missed.

I have now rebooted the PBX and it is now working as it should.
Seems that the state of the extension was not correctly updated.

So the problem is solved with a PBX reboot.

I will have a look about this
Glad to hear that your problem have been solved

Thank you
