Calling a different number then i want in Android client

Hello all, i have a question:

i did reinstall the latest Android client and have a problem now.

The client makes normal connection with 3CX (latest version) but when i make a call (200 example) the client calls a different number (always 3292255 ).
When i look at the client i see it tries to connect by my phone provider and here also the voice that the number is not exists.

I did reinstall the client bat that didn't work.

Can someone tell me what is going wrong? Before it did always work till yesterday, i did reset the phone and did install everything new.

I did make 2 snapshorts how it looks like.

i did discover already when i press call on the 3CX Android client, the call is made by the mobile phone, and not by the 3CX app, don't now why.
Did check all settings in the 3CX app and the phone but can not found how to change that...

This is strange, you dial 200 in the 3CX Client and the phone actually dials from the phone dialer? Does this happen if you dial other numbers from the 3CX app? If you dial an external number from the app, will it still use the phone dialer?

Try one more thing, in Settings --> Advanced, if the option "Car/Bluetooth support" is enabled, disable it, kill the app, start it again and see if the same happens.

Thanks for reporting - This is a bug. We are checking this out. We have this phone and we have tested on a phone exactly like yours. We will have a fix on beta soon. Maybe you should subscribe to our beta program so you get the fix quicker.

Yes also please follow Nick_D's advice and go to Settings --> Advanced, and disable "Car/Bluetooth support".
See if this happens? Let us know.

Thanks for the help.

I did disable "Car/Bluetooth support". and did make a call and it did work the way it should work,
the 3CX app did make the call.

Did try it a view more times and indeed, with the "Car/Bluetooth support". on the call is made by my mobile after entering the call button.
Do i turn the "Car/Bluetooth support". off, the call is made by the 3CX app, the way it should be.

So for now this issue is dissolved for me, only can not use it on Bluetooth, hope that will solved in the
next release...

The same is happening with extension numbers i call.

It is best for you to keep this option disabled.
I am going to get another P20 and perform a full test again.
This option is not only for bluetooth - we just named it like this to make it clearer for the general public.
This option affects call routing decisions. The image you sent me proves that you enter a number in 3CX, and the call is ROUTED to the native dialer! This is an integration problem.
Switch off the option - maybe we rushed to enable it on all huawei - but we took this decision on the tests we made with the same phone here.
Very strange. We see similar issues with Samsung.

now i now how to handel with this routing problem by turning it off.
I will try in the future if the problem is still there.

Most importerend is the 3CX team nows about it and working on it, it's software, there can always go something wrong or happens unexpected. I have no problem with that...
