calling a phone registered on a remote 3cx server

I trying to find out how to configure a local 3cx server to call a phone /extension registered on a remote running server 3cx PBX over the internet or over a private WAN link

Version 4 has ability to define a bridge between two 3CX PBXes and call extensions (and all other entities) on the other PBX.
