I'm trying to work out what might be happening for one of our end users. They say when they click on Voicemail it calls their mobile? Their description of it is below:
"When I am clicking the voicemail icon on my laptop instead of just listen the message it rings to 3cx on my mobile as an actual call. When I answer that call I then hear the voice message."
Is that expected behaviour or a glitch or something?
