Hi
A problem with calldatetime in mysql as the photo. It shows "9/23/19 7:52 PM"
but I want the calldatetime shows as "09/23/2019 7:52:58 PM"
I changed the schema of calldatetime as 'DATETIME' , but it shows "
0000-00-00 00:00:00

how could I set it . please help tks12384

Here you have the variables available when creating a call journaling entry:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/server-side-crm-template-xml-description/#h.vcivldjsa1lz

When you use a date time variable to set a database field, you need to format it according to your needs. The SQL statement is a string, and will be parsed by the database according to its settings.

From the 3CX side, you have the freedom to format the date time as you need. For example, for the call start date time in local time zone, you can use the expression:
Code:
[[CallStartTimeLocal].ToString("yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ")]

You can change the formatting string, to get the date and time in the format you need.
