At least I think I am unique...
I have 2 systems on the same network but different VLANS. Master system 10.10.1.1 seems to have full access to 192.168.20.1 and vice versa. Phones (yealink T46s) can ping phones on the other network. Bridge is linked, and has green balls and is happy.
Dial plan of Master system is 100's and 200's, slave system is 300's. Rules are prefix 1,2,or 3 length 3 for the opposite system to go over the bridge.
If you call an extension across the bridge, it takes 3-4 seconds to process, you get 1/2 a ring, then the (correct) voicemail greeting starts to play.- the extension in question never rings.

Any thoughts?

A check of the 3CX Activity Log, after one of these calls, should show why it did not ring longer. Compare to a log when calling the same extension, from an adjacent set.

Hello @DrLloyd

Check your forwarding rules on the extensions and make sure that extensions are Available. Also check for any exceptions that might be diverting your calls.
Are calls between 2 extensions on the same side of the bridge successful ?
