Calls are going to Voicemail

Hi

Inbound calls are going to voicemail without ringing the desk phone. However, I can use desk phone to communicate on mobile (3cx) apps. if user is registered only on desk phone its goes directly to voicemail.

please guide me what I am making wrong here as per the related information. I have configured desk phones (polycom vx301) on automatically configuration. and I have not added the SIP trunk provider yet. and lastly my phones for the recipient are obtaining IP and not losing connectivity. lastly the user are active on their working status.

Hi there.
You should check the profile status of the user, it can be the case where the extension is in away of DND mode.

I have not added the SIP trunk provider yet.

Please elaborate further, are you trying internal calls and they are not ringing?
Using the Web Client only the issue is the same?

I have setup PBX along with the desk phone Polycom vvx301 and the smart application on phones.

If I try to make internal call on the user extension its goes straight to voicemail for those users who are setup on Desk phone.

However some users are setup on phones with 3cx and their phones rings and I can communicate with them through the IOS apps but the desk phone doesn't ring.

Secondly I have setup SIP Trunk link and i Cannot make outbound call too.. but if I try to make call on the Sip trunk number its ring only the IOS configured phones but the desk phones doesn't work for that too.


I need someone to help me on that.

How are the phones provisioned?
What is the firmware version?

Hi,

all of them provisioned through the URL automatically and version are automatically updated to this (6.4.3.5018) version

Dialing from the phone to an external number is proceeding as expected?
