Calls drop after 30 seconds

Incoming and Outgoing calls are dropping after 30 seconds. I am using an asus RT-AC66R router.

Possibly your are not receiving the ACK in your SIP negotiation and 30s is the timeout to receive. So after timeout the call is dropped.

Have you disabled SIP ALG? This causes so many issues.

Is the softphone configured to use the Tunnel?
