Calls external sound in server machine - Skype

Good morning. We have in our oficce 3 machines with 3CX softphone. 3CX Phone System is running in one of them and the outline is a Skype account. The issue is:
- The person using the machine running the 3CX phone system can hear the incoming audio of any call. I went over the forums but I couldn´t get a solution. Anybody can help me with this?
The Phone System is updated. The sofphone is updated.

Do you mean the audio of Skype calls? If so, then yes, this is how it works. The 3CX Skype Gateway makes use of the audio components in the PC that they (3CX and the gateway) are running on. I would suggest that you run them on a PC that does not have speakers plugged into it.
