Calls Failover even though trunk registered

Hello,
Using Telnyx with 3cx version 18 update 7 and getting sporadic inbounds calls going to my failover #. I have 4 DID's and 3 seperate office connected via SBC'S to this 3cx instance. Telnyx shows calls being sent to the failover # even though trunk is registered. I have set the failover # as one of the other #'s on the same trunk for each DID and they will go through. Any Ideas as to what to check. Telnyx says it is an issue with trunk not being seen, but the failover number is using the same trunk and that call will work.

You will need to check if the original calls are even hitting the PBX or if the trunk is registered at that exact moment. Your best bet is to run tshark capture on the machine and catch this when it happens.
The packet captures should tell you if the trunk got deregistered for any reason or if the original call made to the PBX or not.
