Solved Calls forbidden by administrator

Hi,

I'm trying to get calls using the prefix 9, to be router through a specific sip trunk. When I set it up, I get an error message stating the call is forbidden by the administrator. I have two trunks setup. When I set it up on the main trunk, it works. When I set it up to route the call through the secondary trunk/number, I get the error message. See the screenshots below.


Because it's the free subscription, I can only route calls using the prefix option. The first outbound rule works but not the second. If I were to apply the prefix to the first route using the main trunk, it works but not with the secondary trunk.





Any assistance in figuring out this issue will be appreciated.

The second one will never work this way.. the first one always match. You need to put the rule with prefix at first. anyway, dont use a number as prefix.

Okay but if I have the prefix set, it should force the phone being placed using the prefix to the specified route. When I use it, the external phone rings once then it's denied.

If the external phone rings and _then_ it's denied you might need to chase the reason the call drops with the destination.

The issue was the order of the outbound rules. Once I put the rule with the prefix first, it worked fine. Thanks for the assistance.
