Can someone tell if its possible to filter all calls that come from a specific number go directly to an extension?
Do you do this with the DID rules? Because I tried setting the number there that appears when the income calls come and nothing happens.
I have one number redirected to a number which is setup as trunk in 3CX and I want call that come from that number to be handled by a specif extension.
