Hello,

When we call out of outlook to a number with + before the number example: +31612345678
We cant make the call.

15:57:53.538 [CM503016]: Call(1176): Attempt to reach <sip:[email protected]:5060> failed. Reason: Forbidden

This is the log we get in the 3CX log.

Is there a configuration that i have to create in outbound calls to fix this or do i have to change all my contacts in Outlook.

Other numbers are no problem. For example: 0612345678 or 029712345678

I believe you need to set up the prefixes for the trunk you are going out on. This article contains information on that (part way through).

Its was something else.
We fixed it to uncheck some ckeck boxes.
U can find these check boxes in: settings->advanced in the tab advanced there are a few checkboxes.
We unchecked the following check boxes:
"Remove if same country".
"Remove if same area code".
After we did this we could call with outlook with + numbers.
We tested +31(Netherlands) and +39(Italy).
Now it works great with Outlook 2010.

Sorry for the late response but we just slove this problem.

i have the feeling you have
a) the numbers stored wrong in outlook
or
b) set the outlook location is set wrong.

this is in german but have a look:

I agree with you that the numbers are stored wrong.
The Customer has over 500 numbers they don't want to change all the numbers.
But it takes to much time for the customer to change it.

The location in Outlook is The Netherlands.

We don't have any problems anymore with + numbers when we configured it like this.
We tested it in our system and in the system of the customer both we can make calls out of outlook to +31 or +39.

Thanks for your reply i will keep it in mind for my own outlook contacts.
