Could someone help with this issue?

We have an extension in Thailand with a local DID number. When this user makes a call, either locally or internationally, there is an extra prefix +69705 before the actual number. According to my research, this prefix is associated with spam. When I log into the user's extension using the 3CX mobile app (I'm in the UK), the number appears without this prefix and displays the correct number.

Is the +69705 showing to the person on the receiving end of the call?

Does this happen when they dial all numbers or specific destinations? If you did a test on your UK number, but they are dialling in Thailand, then that isnt really a definitive test.

What you can do is do a capture on the PBX while the user is making a call and see what caller ID the PBX is sending. If the receiving party (callee) is receiving +69705, then this should be raised with your provider.
