I have this self hosted windows version of 3CX. It is a virtual machine going through a fortigate 40F. The calls I make going out to public numbers do not go anywhere, this is what I see in the captures:
These are the ones I took from 3CX:
This is what I see in the captures taken from the fortigate. I think it's important to clarify that I only get something in the pcap when I take it from the LAN port, where the virtual machine is connected, but nothing from the WAN port, where the trunk is actually connected:
This little network diagram might be useful:
Also, the firewall checker checks out and doesn't show any errors.
What can I check to solve this issue?
