Calls not showing up in call reporter

We have noticed that some calls, seemingly at random, dont show up in the call reports.

I can dial my mobile from my desk phone, answer it, leave sat on the desk for a while, end the call and then run a call report, only to find that the call never shows up. This despite there being answered time on the call.

As we can reproduce this it makes me wonder what other calls aren't showing up in the reports.

Anyone else notice this?

i have not noticed this. i ran a few tests with calls and they seemed to work. though some of them took upwords of 10 minutes to show in the reports.
