I am quite new on 3cx, but i really love the system.
I have configured everything we need and it works fine.
But since yesterday, our both android smartphonce only rings once and then finish the call. All other Phones, DECT with yealink W52P and a T48G keep ringing.
We switch the push Service to google Firebase. The same.
If i remove the App on a phone, install it new and scan the QR Code, it works for excactly one time. The 2nd Call again only ring once.
I dont know, where to search for the Problem.
It doesn't matter if i have a WIFI connection in the network of the 3cx server or via cellular network.
The status is always green
