Calls stuck dialing

Anyone else having an issue with calls getting stuck in a "Dialing" status in Ports/Trunks Status?
I'm seeing this periodically with locations that have both SIP trunks and PRI PSTN Devises using Patton 4969's.
It doesn't seem to effect the system as far as I can tell. But I'd like to see if i can get rid of these.

Please ensure your have upgraded your patton the latest firmware, there appears to be a fix for at%t networks.
