I have a call queue with 5 or so people logged into it. Its set to ring everyone simultaneously. One of the guys is onsite a lot, so has the 3CX app on his phone. When one of the other agents answers the call to the queue, the iphone logs the call as missed in the iOS call logs. Previously we were using MS Teams calling and this was not the case with Teams. Does anyone know if this is a setting that can be accessed?
