Hi guys, we are trialling the 3CX system and love the features, however we are trying to get it to work successfully with our VOIP provider which is Mynetfone in Australia. We have been using them for about 18 months with a Linksys 3102 ATA and all has been fine, but no matter what I do I can't get reliable consistent connections to them from the 3CX box. I have been doing all testing with the 3CX softphone to rule out any other phone or ATA related issues.
I can get it working using the default generic SIP provider settings and can make local calls without issue usually, but when I try and dial a mobile starting with 04XXXXXXXX or a 1300XXXXXX number it just rings. Sometimes when calling a landline it does the same thing, but not always. In the logs I get a 503 Service Unavailable error and it just keeps cycling through that as shown below and the phone just rings on the softphone, but the actual phone you are ringing never rings once.

I have tried changing codecs, changing support re-invite settings, trolling for hours through this forum and others trying to find some answers but keep coming up blank. I have contacted Mynetfone and they say they don't support 3CX, so they aren't really any help.
The system is running on a VMware box behind a linux based firewall with masquerading setup. I have also port forwarded 9000-9015 and 5060 to the internal IP of the 3CX box.
I would really appreciate any suggestions as I am keen to get this working as I feel it could be a great solution for us to offer our customers.
Thanks
Paul
