Calls working just through one sim number on the gateway

Hello everybody i have a yeastar t400 gateway and a 3CX PBX. I use 2 sim numbers in my gateway. The IP phones are all connected and receiving calls from both sim numbers but the calls are being made just from one even when i use the IP phone that receives the calls from the other sim number. How to fix that?

Use a supported gateway...

Yeastar isn't supported, you might wanna contact them.

Can you please tell me one supported gateway that uses sim cards. 4 at least

I'm not aware of any supported gateways that use sim cards. The list I am aware of is here: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

beroNet should be supported, and they have a GSM or it might be an LTE box. See https://www.beronet.com/gateway/volte-sbc/
