Just a quick post to mention CallSequitur, which I've just started using fully today after a trial period.

https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/simultaneous-calls-chart-in-excel-with-callsequitur.67632/

Fantastic software and is exactly how apps should be written, easy to use but has plenty of options to really open it up to allow all sorts of custom filters.

Also available as a multi-instance version too so that makes capturing cdr's from a few different PBX's real easy! Really does show the call flow for individual calls, something the standard call log in 3CX sorely lacks.

Thank you @SpaceJelly for your comments. I've not posted recently on the additional features added to CallSequitur v5. The full list is here, but perhaps the most requested were to include:
  • The ability to collect & monitor CDRs from multiple PBX's
  • Send email alerts when a particular call analysis threshold is hit. Most folk want Simultaneous Calls, but it can also be Call Volumes or Traffic ('talk time')

In the example shown the Simultaneous Call level for O/G+I/C calls (i.e. to/from SIP trunk) is being live charted (updated approximately once per minute). From the chart the call type and desired alert threshold level can be selected.

Software downloads & documentation are here.

How do you buy this?

Just drop him an email, which is in the read me first from the link above. I got a response within 5 minutes when I emailed!

It's a great piece of software! We use it to optimize our Sip-Trunks and 3CX licenses based on simultaneous calls. Normally you get as much Sip-Channels as you like and pay per minute - our provider gives us an all-net world-wide flat - charged by the number of channels. So its a big deal if we can reduce the number of booked channels. Our last customer had 84 channels before optimization -> now we are running on 54 channels without problems.
