CallTriggerCmd.exe does nothing (45:1 error)

Hi, I have 3CXWin8Phone.exe installed and running (v16.3.0.111)

But when I launch
CallTriggerCmd.exe --call=+330123456789
in a cmd console, all I got is the response
45:1
it does not pass the call to 3CXWin8Phone.exe ?

What is wrong ?

45:1 is the Call Leg

If you have Verbose logs enabled on your PBX, you can use the Filter button and check call 45
