Camp On to a busy extension

Did I see somewhere that you can do this through 3CXPhone for windows. I think someone said you could right click a busy extension and it would give you the option to camp on. I have had a look but don't seem to have this option

This isn't a feature on 3CX currently, although you can certainly add this to the ideas page as a feature request:

You could however set that particular extension to accept more than 1 call - this way the user on the call can at least see who is calling them: Extension -> Forwarding Rules -> Available.

Alternatively, add a BLF for this extension, this will enable you monitor their availability.

If this isn't viable, the 3CX softphone also provides real-time visual and presence information (switchboard).
