Can 3CX Edit Default Templates?

On the snom.ph.xml, we have some settings we'd like adjusted. I know we can make a custom template but those aren't able to be used by phones that are setup to be hotdesks.

So, can 3CX edit their default template that is assigned to hotdesk phones or is there a way we can make any kind of changes to the hotdesk configuration?

when the phone is setup as a hotdesk device , you can not use custom templates
