Solved Can DND be disabled

Good day

My system on Windows and v20 update 8.

My customer requests to disable the DND function, because too many users use this option. I know on the Yealink phone that they use the button can be programmed to something else. But can the DND be blocked to use by the windows app user?

This is only an option for the ip phones were you can assign a different status:


Generally for the extensions this can only apply for Automatic extension status change:




However it cannot be removed as an option in 3CX Apps.
