Can I add my PIAF SIP trunk to 3cx ?

I have an existing (very old) PIAF with 2 Ma Bells (POTS) lines with a Sangoma device.
I am looking for PBX options and stumbled upon 3cx via https://www.voip-info.org/

Should I just start with a SIP provider ?

Yeah, port your numbers to a SIP trunk and drop the POTS. Sangoma are not supported on 3CX and you will lose more time trying to make it work than just migrating to full VoIP.
