Can I listen in on conversations from Desktop?

As administrator, I want to listen into ongoing conversation of any extension.
I am not using MyPhone or softphone. I just want to listen in from my cisco hardphone.

is it possible?

That particular feature can be used from the 3CX phone. If you would like to use it from your Deskphone, you may submit that idea at 3cx.com/ideas
