Can I use the Live Chat & Talk Code within an Android/iOS app?

Does 3CX have anyway to embed the equivalent of Talk and Chat into Android/iOS?

Several of our clients have requested this feature. The requirement they have is to route service desk calls to the agents from within their app.

With 3CX - Android app, an agent can serve whatever service requests are coming from the Website, where the 3CX Live Chat is configured. With the Android app, agents can get the ownership when they are part of a queue, transfer a conversation, reply directly to the chat conversation, or even answer to a voice/video call.

The customer wants to embed a chat/call module into their own app so it is seemless within their app.

They don't want customers to have to install the Android/iOS app on their phones, especially when you're getting into the possible 10s of 1000s or more customers.

The way the current website chat app works is perfect for this.
