Can not add Unsupported CRM XML file.

It was working fine with that i can add XML file that exported from 3CX CRM Template Generator, but last 2 days when I upload the file nothing will happen,, I tried the old files that was working fine but same issue with all files,, please advise.

Dashboard > Activity Log > Settings > Logging Mode to Verbose. Restart services.

Then, check Activity Log > Logs > Instance > 3CXSystemServices.log for errors (search "crm" in notepad++).

Check your 3CX version, and CRM tool version. The latest version of the CRM tool will generate templates compatible with the latest version of 3CX. If your PBX is too old and you use the latest version of the tool, you might get an error when you upload a custom template...

its not giving me any error but still i cant add any file , even after I regenerate it with new generator

You can also manually add the file to the 3CX server, in the following location:
- Windows: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Templates\crm
- Linux: /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Http/Templates/crm

I found all my files on CRM folder that you mentioned but not shown in the drop down list, I m using version 16.0.655 Enterprise, on windows, I think best way to solve this issue to install debian. thank you for your support.

Linux or Windows will have the same issue. Can you share your template with me so I take a look? Maybe there is something wrong there, and I can help you identifying what it is.
