Just a quick question, my office manager and my self are System Owner's and I see the calls but Barge in, listen in or whisper is not an option, is this because we are both System Owner's? Do I need to downgrade my office manager to Owner or Manager to perform Barge in, listen in or whisper?

You will need to be in the same department as the users in the call you wish to barge in to.

Check your user rights

Are you trying to barge in to the call of the obfuscated extension? They arent showing their calls so you wont see this call to action upon it.

obfuscated extension? I have no idea what that is
There are only 2 of us, the Office phone is an extra just for pickup when the 3cx app does not ring on my office managers cell
I see the call but when right click, Barge in, listen in or whisper is not an option

You need to have an in session call. So you would need to have a person speaking with another person.
This is a call in session on another extension, and I can barge in to it.

This is the same caller but I'm the one talkin to them

This pretty much aligns with what you are seeing. You can barge in to a call that ANOTHER extension is talking with.

Was waiting until a call came in, as seen this call has been going on for over 7 min, still can't see the same thing you showed.
This did work while in v18, only now not working. Should I try from a new user? Maybe my user account is messed up somehow.

This might be the case, but are you trying to barge in to this users calls?

They do not have the option to show their calls.

But yes, do try on a new user to verify.

Same result, I am thinking my need to reinstall. This system was first installed 3 years ago V16 I think, and just updated when updates were needed, maybe something got missed. :(
