Hi,

I am Android version 2.2 and with version 1.2.11 of 3cx software. I am connecting to an external server.
can no longer be called after upgrading to version 1.2.11.
Occurs when the server port other than 5060.

yes we will send a fix for this in the next version.
At the moment you can set the server port but unfo it is hard coded in some places.

For everybody interested, there is an updated - but not released on Android Market - version, numbered 1.2.11.43

Compared to the released (1.2.11.41) this version provide following significant fixes:
- displaying of remote caller id on incoming calls
- proper handling of non-standard server port on INVITE
- recording of both audio streams

Sakurai, I suggest you to use the 3CXPhone from the link above.

About the different server port issue: I suppose in your previous version you specified the port in the server address field, such as "10.0.0.1:22222". In this case, in version 11, either remove ":22222" and specify 22222 in the dedicated Server Port field, either edit Server Port field and leave it blank. The issue you have right now is due to the fact that the port is specified in two places, generating an URI as "10.0.0.1:22222:5060" which, obviously, is invalid so phone cannot connect. We will fix this in the next release.

Here is the newest version, 1.2.11.50. Is still in development, that's why is not officialy released.

However, compared to the previous 1.2.11.43 it provides:

- Server Port setting backward compatibility (compatible with addressort format)
- fixed call/transfer for Server with non-standard 5060 port, including TCP mode
- fixed crash when deleting last profile
- fixed dissapearance of remote name on the display when phone is going into background.
- proper UI handling of failed make call, hold/unhold
- do not allow autoprovisioning by menu when phone is registered.

Please try it and tell me if it registers OK in your case.
However, the non-standard server port seemed to be a more than expected serious issue, good to found and fixed it :roll:
