Solved Can not transfer incomming calls and when press transfer is not on Hold

Hi,
for unknow reason ( i dont know) we can not trasfer incomming calls from extension to other plus when we press hold or transfer button caller not hear the hold music. when press transfer the call goes to other extension ( is ringing) but when we pick up the line is empty(drop)

is anybody help or suggest what i can do ?


PS we have 1 softphone + 3 devices - all posible wait tested - that means is not device of software issue but from 3CX

Hi,

On your trunk options tab, disable "Supports Re-Invites" and "Supports Replaces" and try again please
