Solved Can not upgrade firmware yealink 52.84.0.95

Hi All,

I have some problem with upgrade firmware yealink 52.84.0.95 on 3cx Version 15 by access web of device to prepare upgrade 3cx version 16, when I upgrade firmware it always show Firmware update failed!
So how can I fix this problem.

Looks like you're upgrading the firmware in the webinterface of the phone itself (which shouldn't be a problem tho).
What firmware version is the device currently running, and to which version are you trying to update?

I'm guessing (without knowing the details), the gap is to big to update at once.
Here a small piece of the part of the manual which might help you out:

Note: If you are currently on a firmware version lower than x.84.0.35, and your model accepts a higher version, you need to manually upgrade to version x.84.0.35 prior to upgrading to a higher version

Perhahps upgrade fails because gap between version actually running and latest is too far. Perhaps you need intermediate steps

So if I want to upgrade firmware yealink from 52.83.0.55 to 52.84.0.95, I need to upgrade firmware T21P_E2-52.84.0.35 first ???
