Hello, I just created a brand new account, and selected "StartUp" as the product.

When I goto my account and click on "systems", It shows that it expires in 58 days:

Subscription Details
3CX Version: 18.0
Type: Annual
Edition: Startup
Extensions: 10
Subscription expires in: 58 days

With $175.00 renewal fee at the bottom. I thought the 3CX Start was "Free Forever" or is that just a marketing ploy to get people to sign up?

Please explain.

Thank you.

That's because everyone is StartUP Pro for the moment. It will go back to Free if you don't pay once it's fully complete.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know if the StartUP plan after 2 months allows for having a Trunk

Hello,
Thank you for posting in our forums.
In terms of StartUP, as explained by @ConceptsWeb above, all StartUP systems start as StartUP Pro for a trial period of 2 months.
Once the trial period is over, the system will revert to the StartUP Free edition if not renewed as StartUP Pro.
You are able to have one SIP Trunk on StartUP Free (only from the preferred and supported ones under each country on the following link - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual-u5/sms-text/)

Thank you Andreas,

I am assuming Flowroute would be considered a supported trunk for StartUp, it is currently listed under the US supported trunk. Please advise.

Thanks again,

As you can see from the screenshots below, Flowroute will be available in 3CX StartUP, and is also stated in our document regarding the supported providers.

If a VoIP provider is not available with 3CX StartUP will be in the section Supported (Dedicated Servers Only).
