Can we find out any related information of hacker?

3CX Extension account is leaked, which leads to call fraud. The last call fraud (in the call log of 3CX management console) happened on July 2, today it is already July 13, is it still possible to find out the relevant information(the client and IP) about the hacker?

What is more, the 3CX server is set to keep backup logs for 1 day.


Does anyone meet with the similar problem?
