Can we remove the tone before dialing any numbers one the phone?

After we register the phone Fanvil X301W to 3CX server, when the user presses speaker or picks up the handset, it will play one specific tone firstly, can we remove the tone before dialing any numbers.

The tone is generated on the phone and isn't from 3CX (try to factory reset a phone and push speaker on the phone with no account/provisioning and you will hear the same tone). As such, you will need to look at the phone manufacturer to see if they support disabling it.

@SweetAction Thanks for your explanation and suggestion.
After the phone was changed to another one 3CX extension, the problem did not happen any more, and it seemed that the problem was temporary.
