Can you display caller name instead of conference?

Hello,

We are running version 16.0.9 on the cloud and I have received a request for the following but unable to find anyway to do it.

When a caller attempt to conference another person into the call, it just displays 'conference call' to the person being called. Is there anyway to change this to display the person who is trying to conference them in?

Yes, have the person make a second call to that user, and then transfer that call to the 700*ext and it should go into the same room as the others.

If it's a scheduled conference, no, there's no way to show anything else, since the Conference IVR does the calling of participants.

That seems like a rather round about way to do it.
