Now that Microsoft CRM can be setup server side, is the Microsoft CRM plugin still available?
If it is, I am assuming that those using it will need to use the Windows client as opposed to the web client?
I have a client whose company uses two different CRM systems internally, one which only has server side setup and the other being MS Dynamics, which had been a plugin.

The client side plugin for MS Dynamics CRM is still available, as the server side integration can't be used with on-premise installations. So we keep it just for those cases.

However, as for now you can't configure 2 integrations at the same time, you can use it client side, and use the other CRM server side.

Thank you, also, is there any way to use the 3CX web client with a CRM plugin? Or only with the Windows client?

The client side integrations work with the 3CXPhone for Windows client only.

Can the plug in be used for hosted Dynamics also? Or just premise?

Yes, you can use it with an Office 365 account as well.
