Can you install VOIP Tools on 3CX hosted instance?

We have an Enterprise license, and 3CX hosts our service. We want to pull more information out of the 3CX server for integration with our NetSuite ERP. VOIP Tools looks to have the best options for gaining more access to the 3CX information. Specifically, we want to access the recordings and transcriptions programmatically. Is it possible to install the VOIP Tools 3CX Relay service onto a 3CX-hosted instance?

No, for this you need a self hosted or on premise system with full access.
